Our policy about nude photography
We remove photos and castings about nude or erotic photography, and we cancel profiles that focus on nude or erotic photography.
On very rare occasions, if our curators consider the photo to be part of an exceptionally high-quality work, and if it does not detract from the purpose of Litmind, we allow them.
But... why do we do this?
Thanks to reports from our users, every year we detect hundreds of cases of people posing as photographers or agencies to contact girls for purposes that have nothing to do with Litmind. The most common are fake photographers looking for a sexual encounter with a model, but we have also documented many cases related to the porn industry, prostitution and even sexual abuse.
We have learned that if we allow Litmind to be filled with nude photography, it would soon become a site for finding sexual excitement or for hooking up, where there would be an abundance of users who are not really interested in photography or artistic creation. This is what has happened with many other sites that have tried it, and we do not want it to happen here.
If your work focuses on nude photography, or if you plan to publish photographs, advertisements or castings about nude or erotic photography, we do not advise you to register on Litmind, because your account could be cancelled because of this.
We know that many artists and professionals focus on nude photography in an honest and purely artistic way, nude photography is a beautiful discipline that has given us inspiring works of art since the beginning of the history of the image.
We consider it a top priority to preserve the safety of the models by doing everything in our power to ensure that these abuses do not reach Litmind. As a result, and much to our regret, these honest artists are no longer able to register on Litmind either.
